Bonnie is a 12-year-old Quarter Horse-Morgan cross mare with Harmony New Beginnings Animal Rescue in Sheridan, Oregon. She is being trained by Vivienne DuBrock, who has been riding horses since she was 6. Viv also works with a ranch in Vancouver, WA to bring horses over for physical rehab and training.
Bonnie is a very sweet and smart. Once she learns something she rarely forgets it. She has a very nice stride.Goes through walk, trot and canter. Bonnie picks up all 4 feet, stands decently well for the farrier, loads into the trailer and ground ties. She walks right up to the mounting block and stands quietly while being mounted. Respects fences and other horses. Bonnie, while sweet and willing, requires an advanced adopter to continue on with her training. That being said, she will make someone a great partner and very much wants to connect and please!
