Cleo came to us from an owner surrender situation. She lived on a property being cared for by an elderly gentleman with 12 other Thoroughbreds. All of the horses had very little handling.  Cleo was not even halter broke when she arrived, had a large hematoma on her chest and was loaded with worms.  She is currently in a foster home getting refed, healthy and learning the basics of being handled.
